building slot up for grabs

hi all i just broke the 10000 exp mark so i have a free building slot... hence the subject of the message

anyway post here if anyone wants me to build in their sector... this is not a bidding, it's just so that we have the buildings we need
but there are some requirements...
i will still have to be able to make money from the building and i will not be able to focus on restocking and upkeep as i have just bought a marauder and will be focusing on skilling and ranking and of course exp
