Hi -- I was wondering if anyone knew for sure how multiple tractor beams work as defense modules. I assume that each one "fires" and if any of them "hit" for a round (based on the table found here: http://pardus.at/index.php?section=manual_ref020) then the pilot is held for 1 round -- and this continues until they all miss?

The MOST affecting parameter on the amount of rounds fought is the amount of Modules... roughly every module ads a chance for another round of battle.. whence the first rounds is 100% and the X round is 50% (X is the same number as the amount of modules) after that the drop rate is very fast (the formula is exponential).
What the tractor beam does is a small addition to every next rounds and increases chance of being held extra rounds... the formula is the one you see - which means that a ATB combined with 10 modules has a high chance of holding the ship for a whole 20 round fight which is very uncommon and deadly in building combat.
You can see a clearer Graph at pardusdv.com - FSC - Ship VS buildings probabilities.

OK got it -- I was curious what would happen if you had 2 TBs, but then I looked more closely and saw only one TB was allowed / building.
