One of the thrills to living in Germany. You'll have to give me the name to listen to it.

Ok, I am only 25 so the name Roger Miller didn't register at first. I do recognize and enjoy listening to his music/stories too.

My wife is active Air Force. We are ready to get back to the states closer to family. We're from Oklahoma. There are no country music stations here in Germany.

Re: Favorite songs
My musical taste is too ecclectic (from classical to experimental, through almost all the spectrum in between), but I'll list some songs and bands/composers that I just love:
9th Symphony- Ludwig Van Beethoven
What a wonderful world- Louis Armstrong
It must be love- Madness
Hey!- The Pixies
You can get it if you really want- Desmond Dekker
The Clash
Tortoise
Penguin Cafe Orchestra
Aphex Twin
Miles Davis
They are in no particular order, as I could go on for ages... I just love music
