Re: Favorite Movies
Comedy all the way,
Sometimes films like troy and 300, the films set in olden days that involve large fights, not horror.
Plus the old classics like indiana jones, star wars

Are documentaries also allowed? If so: then I tick on Tribe of the BBC with Bruce Parry.

Re: Favorite Movies
My all-time favorite movie is the Matrix but i love comedies especially those done by Mel Brooks. I love Jim Carrey's movies especially the Ace Ventura series lol And of course the Original Star Wars movies kick serious ass cuz lets face it the newest 3 really sucked in comparison. I like quite a bit more but that would take way too long lol so to round off i like the Indiana Jones Series and The Man With No Name Series

Re: Favorite Movies
I like pure action or shooter movies. I just went and saw the Forbidden Kingdom and i loved the speed and accuracy of the Kung Fu performed by Jet Li and Jackie Chan.

Movies
I like action movies like the matrix and die hard. I also like WW2 movies like saving private ryan, flags of our fathers, letters from iwo jima, some 1960s action films like the longest day and Objective burma are good as well. My all time favorite movie is Black Hawk Down hands down, best movie ever.

Sorry if I go on a bit.....
Well I'm a bit snobby myself...
My basic philosophy is that film is a method of storytelling so if the story is crap good SFX or action isn't going to help. I HATE Hollywood with passion I can't be having with all these idiot directors/script writers who think that stories should be plot driven rather than character driven... you end up with the drivel that they spew out to spoon feed the masses... ahh rant over .
Wez Anderson is a genius pure and simple.
Rushmore
Royal Tennenbaums
Life Aquatic
Darjeeling limited.
all fantastic films driven by the characters... all have Bill Murrey in them
All films by Akira Kurosawa... the man is the best director in the history of film making, no American director come close to him.
ahhh I could go on and on and on.. but I'll end up boring people.
If anyone is interested in animation go to youtube and search for The Separation by Rob Morgan it's short but awesome.... that's all folks
