Re: image pack for vista
Im afraid that I havent, however I ahve made a tutorial for using the image pack in IE, if you want to use that its in the guide section of the forum.
I could always try to work it out but you might have to wait a bit, or you could try using the Pardus froum.

Re: image pack for vista
Ok first some good news.
I found this on the main pardus forums,
1. The FAQ says that you can enable image packs in Firefox by creating a user.js file in the profile, and pasting the following text in it:
user_pref(\"capability.policy.policynames\", \"localfilelinks\");
user_pref(\"capability.policy.localfilelinks.sites\", \"http://www.pardus.at http://pardus.at http://forum.pardus.at http://chat.pardus.at http://portal.pardus.at http://orion.pardus.at http://artemis.pardus.at http://pegasus.pardus.at\");
user_pref(\"capability.policy.localfilelinks.checkloaduri.enabled\", \"allAccess\");
I have never been able to make this work. What DOES work, however, is pasting the same text into the \'Prefs\' file which already exists there.
2. You can save the IP anywhere once you\'ve unzipped it- however I hear that Pardus doesn\'t like addresses that contain spaces.
3. Once you\'ve done that, the key thing is to type the address CORRECTLY into your account settings menu.
To get the address right on a Windows PC, do the following:
- First save your IP to the destination of your choice.
- Open up the main IP folder so that you can see the images and subfolders such as \'factions\', \'opponents\', etc.
- Copy the folder\'s address from the address bar at the top of the window.
- Now edit this address, replacing all the backslashes with forward slashes. Add another forward slash at the start. (EG: \'C:\\pardus\\images\' becomes \'/C:/pardus/images\')
- Copy and paste this into your account settings and save it.
- The IP should work now. If it doesn\'t, I\'m stumped!
The bad news is as I don't use Fire fox I can't be sure if this will work.
If it does could one of you PM me and i'll add it to my Tutorial for the image pack
Also found this on the forums.
Each time theres a large its a differnet person posting,
You can replace spaces in urls/paths with \"%20\".
Spaces are considered a special and unsafe character for urls, and need to be encoded to follow the RFC1738 specifications to avoid problems resolving urls to IP addresses.
space = 32 (Decimal)
32 (decimal) = 20 (hexadecimal)
% = control character
Hexadecimal is used because it is easier to for computer programs to be written to convert it to binary (basic low-level language all computers understand).
When creating the user.js file, make sure that it\'s not user.js.txt or something similar. In Notepad, when saving, select \"All File Types\" from the drop down, and then type user.js into the save box.
Mine works fine with c:/pardus/images - they key is to replace the backslashes with forwardslashes. And make sure you're pointing to the right place.
Finally I also found This
This was in response to someone asking about Firefox in Vista so that should be the most helpful.
